I forgot to mention the mouse over image is the before shot and the image you start with is the after.

Sorry if this was confusing.

I suggest it'd be better to clean the skin a little, it looks a bit greasy.
And well, I like bluish grad on the top, but yellow sucks XD How about trying to add the same blue instead?

Ah, my bad ^^.
You did a great job! But still, yellow looks bad. And sorry, but you've totally killed the hair, they seem rather like a wig now = =. Why do not keep this beautiful blonde colour untouched )?
And finally, [link] - I believe all of those places need a coorection.
